November is time to Share the Warmth

November is almost here, and that means it's time for our 7th annual Share the Warmth Blanket Drive, benefiting domestic violence shelters. Sometimes we forget that the simple gift of a blanket can mean so much to a family who may have left home in the middle of the night to escape abuse, leaving everything behind. This year our beneficiary is Genesis Women's Shelter. For 25 years they have been providing safety, shelter and strength and have served over 25,000 women and children in this time. We are accepting donations of new and gently used blankets, as well as sheets, comforters, towels and pillows at all 34 D-FW store locations, now through Thanksgiving. So clean out your closet and    Share the Warmth with a family in need.
