I'm Christine Cook, President of Sleep Experts. As a wife and mother of two, I am most proud of our company's commitment to serving D/FW families in need through our Rest Assured mattress donation program. Through this blog I hope to share news and stories that will inspire others to join us in supporting the many nonprofit organizations in our community that serve families and children in crisis.

And from time to time, I'll also share sleep tips, advice on finding the right mattress, or other fun news and information.  Thanks for reading, and we hope you "Love Your Mattress"!

Here's our new TV spot starring Sleep Experts employees!

I'm so excited about our new advertising campaign where we tell D/FW customers "We want you to Love Your Mattress"(TM), and we introduce our One Year Love Your Mattress Guarantee(TM).  What has been really fun about rolling out this campaign is that I got to spend some quality time on the set with some of the great members of our Sleep Experts family.  Our ad agency had staff members from various departments audition to be in the commercial and we were surprised to find that some of them have quite a talent for being in front of the camera!  Check out our first TV spot here, where you'll meet Tony from Operations, Dianne from HR, Ron from the warehouse, and other members of staff that make Sleep Experts such a special place, and I'm proud to work with each and every one of them.

My husband and I were thrilled to buy our new Simmons at Sleep Experts because of your reputation with philathrophy. I am a bit concerned; however, that customer service for a warranty has to be done one line without the aid of one of your store managers. The manager gave me the links, but there is no responsibility to helping me get service. I am all for "go online", but when I spend my money, I expected a bit more help with my mattress problem.

Thanks for your comment and for your support of our philanthropy. I appreciate your concern about the warranty process. The electronic process exists so that we may expedite the process to serve as your advocate with the manufacturer rather than wait for snail mail. I have passed on your comment to our warranty department and they will verify that they have received your information.
