They were working with Rentenbach Constructors to remodel a home for a family with a child with a severe disability. Edgar and his wife are raising his three grandchildren and they had been sleeping on the floor since the fire. We got to be there when KLTY surprised them with furnishings (including beds donated by Sleep Experts of course!), gift cards, and even a new car! Here is the story that ran on Fox 4 News.

On Monday we surprised a team of Dallas County volunteer firefighters with seven new ComforPedic Loft beds for their bunkroom. It was an honor meet these heroes and to Share the Gift of Sleep with the men and women who volunteer their time to help the community!

Meredith is a member of Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, and her troop is one of many supporting the drive as a service project this month. Her friends and their families embraced the invitation and donated more than 50 blankets, comforters and pillows for Family Gateway. Thank you Meredith, for Sharing the Warmth! I am so impressed with your leadership and spirit of giving!

It's that time of year again! As the weather begins to cool down  we are getting ready for our Share the Warmth Blanket Drive and we are pleased to announce Family Gateway as our beneficiary. 

Starting now through Thanksgiving we invite you to share the warmth by donating new or gently used blankets, as well as comforters, sheets, towels and pillows to any of our 35 Sleep Experts locations. 

This year we are grateful for the additional volunteer efforts of the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, an organization known for its strong commitment to community service. 

The holidays are a season for giving, and we ask the North Texas community to give the simple gift of warmth and comfort to children and their families at Family Gateway.
